By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which outline the nature of our support, your responsibilities as a client, and the limits of what we can offer.
Our services focus solely on the business and innovation side of the Innovator Founder Visa. This includes business idea development, innovation structuring, business plan creation, pitch decks, financial modelling, market/competitor research, interview preparation, company formation support, and student-switch guidance. Although we work closely with experienced immigration professionals, ECI Venture does not provide immigration or legal advice and is not an endorsement body. Final decisions are always made by endorsement agencies and the Home Office.
Clients are expected to provide accurate and truthful information, including CVs, identification, background details, and any documents requested during onboarding. You must also understand the business idea we prepare for you and participate actively in calls, interviews, and reviews. We cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful outcomes caused by missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information supplied by the client.
ECI Venture offers several service tiers—Endorsement Basics, Starter Pack, Advanced Pack, Pro Pack, and Student-Switch Pack. Each package includes specific deliverables, and additional work outside the scope may require an upgrade or add-on. Delivery timelines begin only after the client has submitted all required information. While we ensure that all documents meet professional standards and reflect Innovator Founder expectations, we cannot guarantee endorsement or visa approval.
All documents created for you, including business plans, pitch decks, financial models, and supporting materials, remain the intellectual property of ECI Venture until full payment is received. After payment, you receive a license to use the documents for your endorsement and visa process, but you may not copy, resell, or distribute our templates or internal frameworks. We may use anonymised elements of your project for internal training and service improvement.
Payments are required upfront unless a specific arrangement has been agreed. Because work begins immediately after onboarding, payments are non-refundable, including in cases where you change your mind after onboarding, choose not to continue in the process, experience endorsement refusal, or face visa-related outcomes outside our control. Onboarding is typically completed within 48 hours of payment unless there are delays caused by the client. Please, see our refund policy.
If partial work has been delivered, the full package fee remains payable. Revisions are included based on the package you selected, and apply only to existing drafts—not new concepts or redesigns.
All payments made through our website are processed securely through Stripe, a third party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s processing terms and acknowledge that ECI Venture does not store or have access to your card details. Any issues related to payment authorisation, declined transactions, bank verification, or chargebacks must be resolved directly with your bank or Stripe. We may suspend or delay work if a payment is disputed, reversed, or flagged as fraudulent by Stripe.
Although we provide interview preparation and support, clients must ensure they thoroughly understand their business, operations, finances, and innovation structure. Endorsement bodies may request additional evidence or conduct interviews, and timelines are set entirely at their discretion. We are not responsible for delays or changes made by endorsement agencies or the Home Office.
ECI Venture operates under strict confidentiality and GDPR compliance. All client information is handled securely and shared only when necessary—for example, with immigration partners at your request or as required by law. You may not share or redistribute our content, branding, or materials from this website without written permission. We reserve the right to update prices, package descriptions, content, and processes without prior notice.
By engaging with our services, you accept that our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for business losses, visa refusals, endorsement decisions, interview performance, or missed deadlines caused by client delays or external organisations. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
