At ECI Venture, our services involve highly customised work that requires significant
preparation, research, and expert time. Because of this, all payments are generally non
refundable. However, we offer a limited refund window under specific conditions.
A refund may be issued only if the client changes their mind BEFORE onboarding is
completed. Onboarding includes the initial setup steps we take immediately after
payment, such as:
- creating your project file,
- preparing your onboarding documents,
- assigning internal team members, and
- setting up your workflow in our system.
Once onboarding is complete, the project is considered active and no refund will be
provided. At that point, work has officially begun and resources have already been
allocated to your project.
No refunds will be granted for: - change of mind after onboarding,
- delays caused by the client,
- failure to provide required documents,
- endorsement rejection,
- Home Office refusal,
- lack of availability for meetings or interviews, or
- discontinuation by the client for personal reasons.
If you are on a payment plan and onboarding has been completed, all instalments
remain due and must be settled in full. Any Stripe chargeback or bank dispute will
immediately pause all work until the matter is resolved.
By making a payment through our website or Stripe, you acknowledge and accept this
Refund Policy and understand that once onboarding is complete, our service becomes
fully non-refundable due to the specialist nature of the work.
